Sunday Worship Service

On January 8, we will observe the Feast of Epiphany. The Greek word “epiphanes” means “revelation”, or “making something apparent”.  On Epiphany Sunday we celebrate how wise people from the East were searching for a new king and came all the way to Jerusalem to ask about him. Eventually this new king was revealed to the wise men in Bethlehem.  Also revealed was the fact that this would be a king like no other earthly king, but one who would embody the goodness and grace of God and the values of the kingdom of heaven.
